How we make your machine?
Goodloog has 1 automatic laser cutting machine, 2 automatic cutting machines, 4 notching and punching machine, 3 folding machines, 4 welding machines, with a production capacity of 10000pcs per month. 80% hot sale machines available in stock with CE and RoHS Certificate, OEM and ODM available.
If you are not ready for the designs, our professional designers will be able to help you with the design.
With CNC laser cutting machine, materials like stainless steel can be cut from 0.6-6MM thickness with accurate size, without blurs. We just need to set parameters on touch screen, high quality material can be cut beautifully, it highly improve our working efficiency, making us finish the order in time. This high-tech machine allow us to take orders with low MOQ.
This machine is operated by touch screen, many notching and punching can be finished in only one single time, it is much better than manual punching machine(only one notching can be finished at one time if use manual punching machine) beautiful notching and punching can be made with accurate size without blurs, most of our clients are impressed by its automatic and powerful function and high efficiency when seeing this machine working.
This machine is used to make folding of the materials automatically, we can get frame of the machine with notching, punching and folding. Just need to set angles and size on touchscreen, different angles can be made at one single time, easy and free of trouble, it highly improve our working efficiency. This machine is combined with our electric folding machine when we do not need much folding.
Welding machine is used to get the frame welded, then we need to finish polishing and grinding of the machine, to make sure we will make high quality, beautiful and smooth machines without blurs, rusty and welding on each corner of the machines.
After welding, we need to finish installation of the machines and finish testing before shipping.
Strict QC: For each order, strict inspection will be carried out by the QC department before shipping. The bad quality will be avoided within door.
